Golf Shop Merchandise

When purchasing merchandise in the golf shop, the total purchase will be reduced by 10%.  This discount does not apply to sale priced merchandise and cannot be combined with any other discount or coupon.

Advance Reservation Policy

A Cardholder may reserve a tee time up to 60 days in advance.  Cardholders will always receive a discount over the current rate for the booking time, but the greatest discounts are available to cardholders THREE DAYS IN ADVANCE for Monday through Thursday play and ONE DAY IN ADVANCE for Friday through Sunday and Holidays.  All reservations are subject to the following rules:

1. When making an advance reservation, the Cardholder must identify himself or herself (the date, time of the reservation, and the names of all guests will be recorded along with the name of the person taking the tee time.)

2. If the Cardholder cancels a tee time, or just doesn’t show up on the day of play, the Cardholder and his or her guest(s) will be ineligible to play at any time on that day.  Should this happen on more than one occasion; the Cardholder’s card may be cancelled.

3. The rate for a tee time is held to the time of the reservation.  If a cardholder cancels their booked tee time, they will not be allowed to rebook that time at a lower rate for any reason. 

Payment Policy

When paying for a tee time or tee times, please present your Card at check-in to receive the applicable rate that applies to the Cardholder and each guest accompanying the Cardholder.

Note

The Ocotillo Resort card is issued at the sole discretion of the Ocotillo Golf Resort. The initial cards are valid one year from the issuing date. The number of Resort Cards to be issued is limited and may either be unavailable to new applicants or subject to a waiting list. It is understood that the underlying rules and benefits associated with the Card may be changed from time to time, and privileges of any Cardholder may be cancelled for any reason.
