Ocotillo Golf Resort in Chandler, Arizona is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of General Manager. Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a golf and food and beverage environment and be highly focused on providing superior customer service for our guests.
The General Manager directs and oversees all aspects of the facility including its activities and relationships between guests, associates and community. Has the ultimate responsibility for maximum guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Job Qualifications
|
•Bachelor’s degree (BA); or three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•CMAA member, GCSAA or PGA/LPGA membership preferred.
•Three or more years of General Management experience overseeing golf course operations, agronomy, and food & beverage.
•Excellent financial management, budgeting, cash flow, and sales & marketing experience.
•Five or more years of food & beverage management experience, including catering and group events; ACF certification preferred.
•Competency in cost of sales, labor, and menu mix management.
•Knowledge of current county sanitation guidelines. |
